Each registered student will receive an email with a username and password for online access to the SEMJF Symplicity module on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. *Even if you use Symplicity at your law school or for other job fairs, please carefully read the instructions below before applying to employers and uploading materials for this job fair.

Students may make reservations by calling 1-800-321-2211. The rooms are available under the name of “Vanderbilt Job Fair Group” at the rate of $81 + tax per night. This rate is available for July 25, July 26, and July 27. However, you must make your reservation on or before July 4, 2013 to receive the group rate.

Students may make reservations by calling 1-800-445-8667. The rooms are available under the group code SEM or ask for the SEMJF rate. This rate is $74 + tax per night. Currently, this is only available for July 26 and Saturday 27. You must make your reservation by July 12th to receive the group rate.

The Hilton Garden Inn has a shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the Hyatt hotel on July 26 and July 27.
