By submitting this registration you agree
to notify the Employer Registrar by phone or email a reasonable time BEFORE the Job Fair in the event your organization will not attend. If your primary interviewer cannot attend, you are responsible for choosing an alternate and having them interview the students in your place. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation in future job fairs and/or liquidated damages. Additionally, by completing this form, your organization agrees to compensate those students who travel to the job fair to interview with your organization but are unable to do so due to your cancellation. Furthermore, you agree to interview all such students no later than October 13, 2008 at your expense.
(Registration fees are non-refundable after May 1 deadline. To ensure a more efficient job fair/hotel registration process, fees include hotel suite reservation and hotel taxes. Additional fees may be incurred if the employer checks out after designated hotel check out time. EMPLOYERS SHOULD NOT MAKE SEPARATE HOTEL RESERVATIONS.)
